All BCJP competition in odd-numbered months. Points toward Best Brewer are awarded as follows:

• 4 points for 1st
• 3 points for 2nd
• 2 points for 3rd
• 1 point for entering
• 1 point for judging
• 1 point bonus for medaling at a Lonestar or North Texas Circuit competition and flying the Horsemen Flag 🏴‍☠️
• 1 point bonus for emphasized style, TBA - feedback prior to Spirit of '76, Belgian Draft Horse, and Santa Bee

The paid member with the most points after Santa Bee awards are announced wins the paddle.
