Q: Tell us about your brewery. What does your set-up look like?
Mixed bread: 3 vessel 20 gallon Spike electric, 13 gallon conicals, Spike buckets, Big Mouth bubblers, Speidels... It's is a hodge-podge of stuff acquired along the way.
Q: Why do you homebrew?
I enjoy the science of it and how that influences the art aspect of brewing beer
